Role: Creative Operations Lead
Scope: Global Campaign Platform · Visual Identity · Digital Infrastructure
Impact
• Scaled a one-time campaign into a repeatable, multi-activation global platform.
• Enabled rapid publishing of 600+ artworks across four humanitarian campaigns.
• Raised $93K+ in collective funds through international collaboration and creative advocacy.
Overview
arts4action is a grassroots artist-led initiative that mobilizes visual artists in response to global injustice. Since its inception, the project has raised over $93,000 across four online sales—supporting urgent humanitarian causes through the sale of original artworks.
From a one-off emergency fundraiser, the initiative evolved into a repeatable, scalable platform. I led the creative systems design, content operations, and campaign execution—ensuring speed, quality, and consistency across growing efforts.
Challenge
Arts4Action began as a rapid-response campaign without systems or infrastructure. As the initiative grew, manual processes for managing hundreds of artworks led to bottlenecks, slowed launches, and inconsistent output.
The challenge? Design and implement a scalable creative infrastructure that maintained visual integrity and reduced operational friction.
Solution
I led with a systems-thinking mindset—bridging creative vision with operational scale to empower a distributed, volunteer-led team. A brand-aware, systematized approach turned creative chaos into a repeatable model.
